A recent development in Enugu State, South Eastern Nigeria is that a newly appointed Transition Chairman in a Local Government Area gifts out wheelbarrows to youths.
The new Chairperson, Hon. Chinwe Ugwu who was appointed by Governor Ifeanyi Lawrence Ugwuanyi makes a move to alleviate poverty with wheelbarrows.
In a post confirmed by Enugu Metropolitan Network on their micro-blogging platform, it showed the woman speaking before unveiling the ‘new rides’ to the people of Nsukka Local Government.
Even more, the wheelbarrows are not for free as they were all brought to the venue to be given out on hire purchase. Interesting!
