Fulton County prosecutors hit the rapper with massive discovery files amid severe felony charges
ValidUpdates understands that Fulton County prosecutors served Rod Wave with over 90 gigabytes of evidence on July 31, 2025, regarding his April 2025 shooting case. The massive discovery file contains exactly 1,959 photos and 111 videos. The rapper firmly denies all 14 felony charges against him.

A massive legal battle looms over Rodarius Green following a violent dispute. On July 31, 2025, prosecutors officially handed a mountain of digital evidence to his defense team.
The legal drama stems from a clash in April 2025 at his Milton home near Atlanta. Police claim the singer fired several shots during a loud fight. Bullets hit multiple cars shortly after a reported break-in at the property.
Massive evidence files
State officials filed a Certificate of Discovery in Fulton County Superior Court under Indictment No. 25SC007008. The formal document reveals a huge transfer of digital files to the defense.
Court files show the data size easily exceeds 90 gigabytes across 16 main pieces of evidence. Lawyers must now check 1,959 images and 111 video files. The state also gave them 95 documents, six audio tapes, and two other items.
This sheer volume forced a major shift in the legal process. Both parties requested a transfer to the Complex Division to handle the workload.
Star fights severe charges
Green officially pleaded not guilty to all 14 criminal counts. These charges include aggravated assault and pointing a gun at someone. Authorities also charged him with reckless conduct and property damage.
Top defense attorney Drew Findling firmly denied the police claims. The lawyer issued a strong public message about the case.
”There is no truth to these charges. Rod Green was a victim of a burglary and committed no crimes. How he was even charged as a result of this situation is incomprehensible. This will absolutely be resolved favorably to Mr. Green,” Findling stated to XXL.
