The wedding held on Saturday, November twenty nine, at Unguwar Maina in Lafia. Abdullahi’s new wife, Sadeeqa, comes from the Eggon tribe in Nasarawa. A recent age check before wedding debate  shows how marriage news travels.

To mark the union, Adon gave his new wife a house. He also bought her a Mercedes Benz GLK sport utility vehicle. Guests say the gifts show his wish to make her feel secure.

Wedding holds in Lafia

The wedding took place at Baban Zauren, in Unguwar Maina area of Lafia. Family, friends and local chiefs joined the couple for prayers. Many wore rich native outfits that matched the mood that day.

Nasarawa State Governor Abdullahi Sule also joined parts of the event. He formally handed Abdullahi his marriage paper, signed under state law. Photos from the venue show the governor smiling during the handover.

Prince Ibrahim serves as Senior Special Assistant on Chieftaincy Affairs to the governor. He also holds the title Adon Garin Lafia in the emirate. Friends say the wedding drew palace aides and key state officials.

Third wife joins polygamous home

After the main rites, Abdullahi took time to present Sadeeqa. He introduced her to his first wife, Fatima, and second wife, Husnah. Images from the home show the women seated close, sharing smiles for the camera.

In many Nigerian Muslim homes, husbands try to keep harmony between wives. By hosting a joint visit, Abdullahi signalled a wish for a calm start. Close aides say the women already share home tasks and small trade.

Clips from the wedding and house reveal have spread across local social media pages. Some users praise the open way he brought the wives together. Others focus on the gifts, saying the car and house show wealth.

Gifts, car and public talk

Marriage stories from across Nigeria often show both joy and strain. ValidUpdates recently reported how Anita Joseph ends five-year marriage after pregnancy losses. For Abdullahi, the focus now is on blending three homes and keeping peace.
