Nigerian writer and illustrator, Sugabelly earlier today November 6, 2019 dropped a controversial tweet on her micro-blogging platform, Twitter where she said that veteran actor, Chief Pete Edochie is a really bad actor.
The tweet which awaken Nigeria social media users who took to the platform to slam Sugabelly for being so demeaning with her statement which she made as a result of Oscars’ disqualification of Genevieve Nnaji’s “Lionheart” starring Pete Edochie and other Nollywood screen gods.
Some even advised her not to go further with such tweet as the history has it that Pete Edochie is one of Nollywood’s greatest treasure.
However, the youngest son of Pete Edochie who is also an actor, Yul Edochie took to his micro-blogging platform, Twitter to share what seems to be a response to Sugabelly’s earlier tweet.
According to Yul, he doesn’t believe in praying for his enemies (which one of them is Sugabelly) and wishing them well. He doesn’t pray for downfall of the person planning evil for him. All he will do is wish the person what he wishes him and another thing is he’ll always pray psalm 35 and 109 for the person.
He wrote;
“I don’t believe in praying for my enemies and wishing them well. You can’t be planning evil for me and I’ll be busy praying for you. Lie lie!! I wish you what you wish me. Simple. And everyday I’ll be firing psalm 35 and psalm 109 on your head.”
