Barely days of experiencing a hard time in Rivers State, Nigeria with a serial killer on the loose, a man has been captured in a CCTV camera.
In the video currently making rounds the internet, an average man between 35 to 40 years of age walks into a hotel while a lady follows shortly afterwards.
The unidentified hotel camera crew were able to place the view of the camera to a justifiable position, showing the man’s movement.
Even more, the camera shows the man walking back and forth the hotel reception, with his intention in mind – killing the girl.

Meanwhile, Rivers State women had some days ago carried out street protest to alert the government on the menace as well as beckoning on their ladies to shun prostitution.
