Fif taunted Ross on Instagram as early sales chatter spread online
50 Cent mocked Rick Ross on Tuesday, July 21, after online chatter claimed Set in Stone had weak first-week sales. The official chart total had not dropped yet, but early projections put Ross under 26,000 units as the feud flared again.

Rick Ross released Set in Stone on July 17. The album runs 19 tracks and features T.I., Jeezy, The-Dream, French Montana, Gucci Mane, Don Toliver, and Kodak Black.
HDD projections put the project under 26,000 units for its first week. That would leave it outside the Billboard 200 top 20.
50 leans into the numbers
“I just saw your records sales! LOL 2,000 WTF,” 50 Cent wrote on Instagram.
“Yo 🥷🏾had 20 features and it didn’t help,” he captioned a follow-up clip. “Alright now pack it up it’s over officer. Get ya bum juice and ya wings and get the f**k up outta here. LOL.”
Ross and 50 keep trading shots
Ross had already pushed back before release. He said, “I’m already paid before the album come out,” and argued brand power matters more than chart spots.
The feud dates to 2009, when the two traded shots in music and online. 50 has kept the rivalry alive for years, and the new album talk gave him another opening.
50 later joked that Ross would go back to car shows and Wing Stop spots. He also said only “friends and family” bought Set in Stone.
