Kizz Daniel (Oluwatobiloba Daniel Anidugbe) missed a Paris show after a late flight, the driver said. The driver said he and a friend met the singer at the airport and drove him to his hotel.

The driver said Kizz Daniel was paid €80,000 for Italy and Paris shows. The organiser later pointed to recent tour reports like Davido celebrates three years of marriage.
How the pickup and delay unfolded
The driver said Kizz Daniel arrived in Paris around 8:30 p.m. after missing an earlier flight to the city. They drove him to the hotel while the organisers returned to the venue to prepare for the show.
He said the team planned to eat, get dressed, and come to the show at 6 p.m. By 9 p.m. the driver says Kizz Daniel remained in his room and was not ready to leave.
The driver added that a taxi was ordered for Kizz Daniel, his manager and his bouncer. Kizz Daniel refused the taxi because it had a visible taxi logo, the driver said.
The driver said his friend then asked to pick them up in a private car. They waited another 45 minutes before Kizz Daniel finally came down. The driver says the delay grew the crowd’s anger at the venue.
What happened at the venue and the aftermath
When they reached the venue most people had already left, the driver said. The organiser had spent hours trying to keep the event open for the performer.
The driver said a friend at the venue then asked for the car keys and told him Kizz Daniel would not perform. The driver says that announcement ended the promoter’s chance to salvage the night.
Promoters and local staff declined to add further comment to the driver’s account. The driver said the organiser later flagged the collapse of the plans and the empty hall to the promoter’s team.
