• Some of the reliable members of CAN and PFN have said that Christian community refused mourning T. B. Joshua’s death because many of them didn’t believe in his style of teaching and ministry, adding that before he died, the Prophet never attended CAN or PFN meetings like other Pastors.
It’s exactly three days after the death of Nigerian Prophet T. B. Joshua, spiritual leader of The Synagogue, Church of All Nations, SCOAN, who according to statement released by his church died in the early hours of Sunday, June 6, 2021.
The statement also noted that Temitope Balogun Joshua had earlier on Saturday attended Emmanuel TV Partners Meeting where he unknowingly to the worshippers, hinted on his death.
Now, there had been several reactions and comments on why Christan Community had refused to release a statement sympathizing with T. B. Joshua’s family and followers.
And according to the senior senior pastor of Divine Grace of Glory Church Intl, Benin, Edo State, Pastor P. I. A. Obaseki, on Monday, June 7, the Christian Association of Nigeria, (CAN) and the Pentecostal Fellowship of Nigeria, (PFN) refused to send their condolence messages to the family of late T. B. Joshua because many Christian bodies didn’t believe in his style of teaching and ministry.
The Daily Sun in a report quoted Pastor Obaseki as saying that T. B. Joshua is a man that loves standing on his own with a new dimension of Christianity and a different dimension of power, and these and many other unknown things have been the reason he never attended CAN or PFN meetings when he was alive.
The statement reads; “Prophet T. B. Joshua, is a man of God, why I think he has not been in CAN or in PFN is because many of the Christian bodies have not believed in his ministry.
“That has been the matter. So when you don’t believe in me, you become one that is doubting my ministry, it will be difficult rather for me to associate with you.
“So, I think that is the reason. We have not been seeing him in CAN meeting, PFN meeting, and other Christian bodies but he is a man that stands on his own, that came with a new dimension of Christianity, a new dimension of power according to the revelations of the Holy Spirit to him.
“That makes his ministry to be different and because of that difference, many people misconstrued him, not believing him because the way God manifested through him became what many Christian bodies were doubting and this very caused a lot of issues.”
Meanwhile, in other report, Ugandan pastor Jackson Senyonga of Christan Life Church, Kampala alleged while celebrating that death of T. B. Joshua that the SCOAN founder is the biggest witch in Africa.
Pastor Senyonga, who was seen and heard in a viral video told his congregants that Prophet Joshua was fake and he destroyed many lives, adding that his death means victory.
He was quoted as saying: “TB Joshua sacrificed a lot of people while thinking his soul is worth more than that of others.
“TB Joshua’s death means victory, he was fake, destroyed lives of thousands and was the biggest witch in Africa.
“He has been doing well until he came here to destroy Senoita. TB Joshua came here to bewitch me but God punished him.”
“Heaven doesn’t rejoice when a sinner dies, TB Joshua’s death however means many will also go.”
