Nigerian pastor and President, Omega Fire Ministries, Apostle Johnson Suleman has cleared the air over the call out he has been receiving from people accusing him of not supporting Nigerian government to combat Covid-19 in the country.
Taking to his micro-blogging platform, Twitter the clergy man noted that government is not hungry and most importantly doesn’t need any help from anybody, so why should he give or help them?
Apostle J continues that he and the wife, Lizzy Suleman have been giving out hundreds of millions to the poor since the Covid-19 outbreak and it’s only God that will reward them.
He concludes that giving is for the needy and not the greedy (government).
His tweet below;
“I hear people are calling me out for not giving money to govt to combat covid 19..govt is not hungry, why shld I give them?.. God will reward my wife and I for the hundreds of millions we have given this period.we give to the poor directly..giving is for the needy not the greedy..”
