Pretty Mike (Mike Nwalie) has secured bail after a fresh court arraignment. A Lagos Federal High Court set terms as he faced drug charges.

Justice Ambrose Lewis-Allagoa granted him N50 million bail with strict conditions. The socialite pleaded not guilty alongside club supervisor Joachim Hillary, aged thirty-two. The case follows an October NDLEA raids Lagos club during an alleged drug party.
What the charges say
Prosecutors said the men planned a drug party at Proxy Lagos Night Club. Officers later seized cannabis and 177 cylinders of nitrous oxide for evidence.
The raid followed events on 25 and 26 October at Victoria Island. Hillary also faced a count for holding 200 grams of cannabis alone.
Defence counsel B. S. Awosika sought soft terms, citing clean records. The NDLEA opposed, saying the affidavits lacked strong facts for bail.
Bail terms and next steps
The judge ruled the state offered no sound reason to block release. He stressed the men remain presumed innocent until the court decides. A related case saw Pretty Mike nightclub forfeiture order during the probe.
Each defendant must produce two sureties who match the bail sum. The sureties will swear to an affidavit of means before release.
The court released both men to their lawyers while papers are perfected. Clerks will review documents before the pair regains full freedom.
Counts cite sections 14(b) and 20(1)(c) of the NDLEA Act. Prosecutors allege Pretty Mike allowed his venue for drug linked use.
The case returns on 14 January 2026 for the start of trial. Both sides said they are ready to call witnesses soon
