Diddy’s Trial Paused for Juneteenth, But Evidence Keeps Flowing
The trial against music mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs paused briefly on Thursday, 20 June, in honour of the Juneteenth holiday. But even with court out of session, federal prosecutors stayed active behind the scenes.
They shared new images that revealed what federal agents found during a raid at Diddy’s Los Angeles mansion in March 2024. The pictures show a large number of weapons, including pistols, rifles, and long guns. Officers also found boxes of bullets and powerful ammunition that can pierce body armour.

These items were kept in a special security room. During earlier court hearings, Diddy’s lawyer, Marc Agnifilo, argued that the guns and bullets were locked up far from the reach of Diddy’s children.
More Shocking Finds in Miami
Agents didn’t just stop in Los Angeles. On the same day, they searched Diddy’s Miami estate too. There, they discovered even more surprising items.
Boxes of baby oil and Astroglide lubricant were found inside the house. In addition, small bags of powder were taken by the agents. Lab tests later confirmed that the powders were MDMA (also known as Ecstasy or Molly) and ketamine. These are strong party drugs that can affect the brain and body.
MDMA works as a stimulant and a hallucinogen. It can make users feel happy and full of energy. Ketamine, on the other hand, causes people to feel distant from their own bodies.
Trial Resumes With Expected Testimony
Despite the pause, the case is far from over. Day 26 of the trial will resume on Friday morning.
Prosecutors expect Brendon Paul, Diddy’s former assistant, to take the witness stand. His testimony could offer more details on the events leading to Diddy’s current legal troubles.
Charges Against Diddy Are Serious
Diddy is facing heavy federal charges. These include racketeering, sex trafficking, and other serious crimes. He has continued to deny the accusations.
The new photos and evidence shared by prosecutors have added fresh weight to the case. As more people take the stand, the world watches closely to see how this high-profile trial unfolds.
