Chimsom Chuka won the top spot for a second time. His new reign quickly brought a big shift in the house. Many contestants noticed a huge change in his daily approach.
Diary Room Confessions
The housemates spoke to Biggie about their daily chores. They exposed how the new leader handles his main duties.
”Brother about your new head of house [Chimsom Chuka] he’s going to do a good job. He’s doing a good job. And now he has had the opportunity to watch other people. And then he has picked new things. So he’s not as um authoritative as it used to be,” Yusuf noted.
The new rules caused tension among the housemates this week. A few contestants felt the leader dropped his strict rules. This loose grip directly hurt the group wager prep.
”I’m I’m not going to be the one to say but Biggy. I don’t feel like this [wager] thing is going as planned. And I feel like also as HOH you needed to be on that. Because it’s a group task it’s a group wager,” Nomy stated.
The Wager Task Struggle
The weekly wager requires total focus from every single housemate. Sadly, the calm rules allowed some stars to slack off.
”If you really want everybody to eat then you would be on everybody’s [neck]. But I feel like it’s not even like he’s lenient Biggie. It’s just that people in this house is very stubborn,” she added.
Past fights in the house created a bad mood earlier. However, the new week brought fresh peace between old enemies.
”If he had asked me this question last week oh wait I go talk no better. But me and [Chimsom] like we’ve settled our differences. And we had like a very very long and deep conversation last week. So there’s nothing distin,” Oyin admitted.
”But what I think about [Chimsom], [Chimsom] is such an amazing person. I feel he’s not the same person he was first week. I preferred the Was it first week yes first week. I preferred the head of house first week to be honest,” she continued.
Settled Feuds And Calm Energy
Other contestants agreed that the leader changed his harsh ways. They felt outside talks forced him to act differently.
”But I think he feels like he did a lot of wrongs in his first reign. So he’s trying to do right and to be honest people are not listening. I think [Chimsom] is trying to be nicer this time. Because he was h quite thin the first time i think he’s trying to be nicer,” a housemate shared.
”I think um it wasn’t a shock that he’s back as head of house. He’s highly competitive nothing new really. Uh because he’s he was our first head of house. I already know um what he’s capable of. And what he’s like with that kind of responsibility,” another contestant declared.
Gerard also praised the new calm vibe of his friend. The deputy noticed a clear shift in how tasks run. He fully supports the relaxed rules and the peaceful space.
”He still has the spirit of a leader but I think it’s a little bit tainted with public opinion. Uh it’s good to receive public feedback. But sometimes it it really really really begins to drive how you behave,” the star stated.
”So has been like uh was once ahead of. I told him that he’s going to win again at that time. Because he really do he really did great at that time. But now is very calm,” Gerard observed.
”Uh we have been getting along of late and I really admire his energy,” he concluded.
