The actress said her ex-husband left her and their children with no reason, and she says the pain nearly broke her.
Nollywood actress Biola Fowosere has shared a painful story about her ex-husband’s alleged exit from their home, saying she spent one year and six months in hospital battling depression after he left her and their children.

Biola Fowosere said the split left deep scars on her life and on the lives of her children. She made the claim during an interview on African A-List, where she spoke through tears about the hurt she still feels.
‘I want to ask what I did wrong’
The Yoruba movie star said she still wants answers from her former husband. She said she never saw any act that could explain why he left.
“The only person I’d really want to ask a question is my ex-husband. I’d really like to ask him what I did wrong because I did nothing before he left me and the kids. I want to ask what my children and I did to deserve what he did to us,” Fowosere said.
She said the pain grew worse after he cut off contact. Fowosere added that she has not seen him since he left.
Sixteen months in hospital
Fowosere also said the pain led to serious depression. She said doctors kept her in the hospital for one year and six months.
“I spent one year and six months in the hospital battling depr£ssion after he left. I almost ran m@d,” she said.
Her words showed the depth of the damage she says the breakup caused. She described the period as one of the darkest times of her life.
No contact for seven years
Fowosere said she and her children have had no contact with her ex-husband for years. She claimed he blocked them seven years ago and never looked back.
“We are not in contact. Since he left, we haven’t seen him. He blocked us seven years ago,” she said.
The actress did not say what led to the split. She also did not say whether she has tried to reach him since then.
