Mohbad (Ilerioluwa Promise Aloba)’s widow Wunmi has filed a court notice in Ikeja. Her filing aims to stop anyone from getting Letters of Administration. Her legal team filed Form five and Form six at the Probate Registry.

The filing says Letters of Administration cannot be granted to outsiders. See the recent Drake Iceman promo article for our latest celebrity coverage.
The notice was dated November nineteenth and signed by I. P. Awo, Esq. It formally names Omowunmi Cynthia Aloba as Mohbad’s legal wife.
What the court filing says
The lawyers say Mrs Aloba also identified Master Liam Aloba as heir. They say public notices ran in two national papers this month.
The filing asks the Probate Registrar to bar any third party from acting. It asks the court to respect the listed beneficiaries while things proceed.
The team warns against any fraudulent or rushed claims on the estate. Court records will show the notice remains in force while matters proceed.
Her lawyers said the notice must be respected until the estate is set. We have covered other estate court moves, such as the Nicki Minaj mansion order.
Why the notice matters
Probate filings help the court track who may claim a dead person’s goods. This notice gives the court a clear record of the widow and son.
The move also aims to cut the chance of fake claims from others. Lawyers often use public notices to warn would-be claimants in writing.
If an application for administration appears, the court will review claims. The notice could block outsiders until beneficiaries lawfully apply.
Mrs Aloba’s lawyers say they will act if anyone tries to file fraudulently. They said the court record will show valid filings and public notices.
Mrs Aloba’s move aims to keep the estate with the family. The court file will show next steps as lawyers act.
