Nigerian TikTok creator Peller has credited Pastor Nathaniel Bassey’s Hallelujah Challenge for what he described as an instant turnaround in his online earnings.

The social media personality revealed that after attending the worship event, his next live session brought in an unexpected windfall.
In a video shared on his TikTok page, Peller explained that he initially cancelled his match on the app before replaying it three days later. During the replay, viewers reportedly gifted him over 11 million coins — a massive increase compared to his usual results.
He said the outpouring of love from over 100,000 fans convinced him that divine favour had intervened. Peller thanked Pastor Nathaniel Bassey for hosting the Hallelujah Challenge, saying the programme had clearly worked in his life.
“I came to your church yesterday night. Hallelujah Challenge works. God bless Pastor Nathaniel,” he said in his testimony.
The popular challenge, created by Nathaniel Bassey in 2017, is a nightly online worship session where thousands of believers gather virtually to pray and sing. The initiative has become a recurring event with several participants sharing stories of breakthroughs and blessings.
According to reports, TikTok takes a 55 per cent cut from coin-based earnings, leaving Peller with more than ₦82 million from the single stream. The creator said the experience deepened his faith and confirmed his belief in the power of worship.
