The “Zagadat” crooner made this known during a recent street interview in London. He was spotted with his wife, Temi Otedola, by a Gambian content creator.

Advice for young men

When the interviewer asked, “What do you think the principles of success are?” Mr Eazi quickly replied, “Marrying a good wife.”

He added that young men should also embrace discipline, patience, and the fear of God. According to him, these values play a huge role in building a lasting career and life.

How challenges shaped his career

Speaking on the music industry, Mr Eazi admitted that being doubted can be tough.

“The difficulty of unbelief when you’re being second-guessed, you could turn it into something that drives you as well,” he said.

He explained that Nigerians naturally have a “go get it” spirit. “If you’re born in Nigeria, most often than not, you have that drive to go get it and you’ve that self-belief,” he stated.

“It’s in the eba and soup”

Mr Eazi said this boldness shows in everything, even in the way Nigerians walk. He jokingly added, “The audacity. Maybe, it’s in the eba and soup [laughs].”

Fans found the comment funny, but many agreed with his point about the Nigerian spirit.

A marriage he’s proud of

ValidUpdates recalls that Mr Eazi confirmed his marriage to Temi Otedola in November 2023. This was in a birthday post to his father-in-law, billionaire businessman Femi Otedola.

Since then, the couple have been seen together often, enjoying both work and leisure.
