Nancy Nnadi Backs Off Defamation Claim
Coach Nancy, the Managing Director of EeZee Conceptz Limited, has stepped forward to clear the air about her legal clash with gospel singer Mercy Chinwo.
In a weekend post on her Instagram, Coach Nancy announced she was pulling back her earlier accusations against Chinwo. She explained that her decision followed legal advice and a growing desire for peace.

She wrote, “On the advice of my lawyer, and for the sake of peace and love of God, I retract my earlier post about Minister Mercy Chinwo. As well pray that Almighty God perfects ongoing settlement process being facilitated by the Fathers of Faith between her and EeZee Conceptz.”
Her statement comes just months after Mercy Chinwo sued the CEO of EeZee Conceptz, Ezekiel Onyedikachukwu (Eezee Tee), over claims he diverted $345,000 meant as music royalties.
Mercy Chinwo Took Legal Action in January
Back in January 2025, Mercy Chinwo filed a lawsuit against her former boss Eezee Tee. She accused him of mismanaging large sums earned from her music — a whopping $345,000.
This major fallout happened two years after the singer exited EeZee Conceptz over money-related disagreements. Things got worse when Coach Nancy publicly accused Chinwo of misconduct.
However, Chinwo didn’t take the attack lightly. She responded by filing a defamation suit. She also demanded that Nancy remove the posts and publicly apologise.
Religious Leaders Join to Help Settle
Now, it seems both sides are trying to fix the broken relationship. Coach Nancy revealed that some top church leaders — described as “Fathers of Faith” — have stepped in to mediate.
Though no final settlement has been announced, Coach Nancy’s public retraction shows progress. She hopes God will guide the process to a peaceful end.
For fans and followers, this move is a big sign that the legal drama may soon be over.
