Justin and Scooter Finally Settle Long-Running Money Dispute

Pop star Justin Bieber has finally cleared his massive debt to former manager Scooter Braun after years of tension and unpaid money.

Sources confirmed to TMZ that both parties recently reached a deal. Justin agreed to pay back a total of $26 million linked to his cancelled “Justice” tour, plus a portion of what he owed Braun in commissions.

Back in the day, AEG gave Justin a huge $40 million advance to go on the “Justice” tour. But when he cancelled the tour early, AEG wanted $26 million back. Scooterโ€™s company, Hybe, stepped in and paid the full amount for Justin. The agreement was that Justin would repay Hybe in 10 yearly instalments.

However, after making just one payment, he stopped.

Braun Settles for Less But Still Comes Out Strong

Under the new deal, Justin has now paid back the $26 million tour money. In addition, heโ€™s agreed to return half of $11 million in commissions that Braun said had piled up over time.

Interestingly, Braun accepted this reduced amount. Many insiders say this looks like a major win for Bieber, considering the full sum wasnโ€™t paid.

But it doesnโ€™t stop there. According to a PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) audit, Justin actually owed another $8.6 million in unpaid commissions. Still, Braun chose to waive the entire balance.

The Drama That Sparked the Final Talks

This new agreement follows recent buzz stirred by the TMZ documentary, “What Happened to Justin Bieber.” The show reignited public interest in Justin and Scooterโ€™s broken relationship.

In the documentary, Justin accused Braun of cheating him out of millions. But the showโ€™s findings revealed the opposite. It turned out Justin had fallen short on several major payments.

That revelation reportedly pushed both sides to return to the table and settle things quietly.

A Fresh Start After Years of Silence?

With this settlement, Bieber and Braun may finally move on from what was once a very close friendship turned business war.

Although they haven’t been seen together in a while, this clean-up of past debts might just mark a peaceful end to the drama.
