Nigerian singer Cynthia Morgan has spoken up again about her rocky time with Jude Okoye’s label, Northside Entertainment. In a video shared online, Cynthia shared how she felt used, misled, and cheated during her contract under Jude.
She said the problems started in 2016. That year, she was invited to a meeting with Jude and her then-manager. There, she was told she had made ₦30 million from her music.
However, things changed quickly. Cynthia recalled that Jude suddenly said she didn’t understand her contract. She claimed he told her that he was just “doing her a favour” by working with her.

One part of her story that stood out was about a car. Cynthia revealed, “He sold me a car for ₦6 million. Then gave me ₦1 million for maintenance.”
She added that Jude went around saying he gave her the car for free. “The same car he went around telling everyone he gave me for free,” she said, clearly upset.
Cynthia stressed that people were misinformed. She wanted everyone to know that she wasn’t gifted the car. She paid for it and even handled its upkeep.
