Speaking during the launch show, Ebuka explained that the HoH games will now be played every Sunday. He also announced a brand-new twist to raise the stakes in Biggie’s house.

Ebuka reveals the challenger twist

According to Ebuka, a Head of House challenger game will take place every Monday. The twist will see housemates compete to unseat the current HoH and claim the title for themselves.

“The HoH winner will now defend their position in the challenger game,” Ebuka said, hinting at more drama and strategy in the house.

Why the HoH matters

The Head of House role is one of the most coveted positions in BBNaija. The winner gets immunity from eviction for the week and access to a special part of the house with better food and furniture.

Fans online have reacted with excitement to the changes. Many said the challenger game will add more tension and strategy to the season.

First HoH game set for July 27

Ebuka also confirmed that the first HoH game of BBNaija 10/10 will take place on the second launch day, Sunday, July 27. Housemates will battle for the title just 24 hours after stepping into Biggie’s house.

ValidUpdates earlier reported that BBNaija season 10, tagged 10 over 10, promises more twists and surprises than ever. The HoH changes seem to be the first of many.
