Canadian music star Justin Bieber has shared a deeply emotional message about his battle with mental health.
In a heartfelt Instagram post on Monday, the 30-year-old singer revealed how tired and overwhelmed he feels. He said he often feels broken inside and is fed up with being told to heal.
Bieber, who rose to fame as a teen sensation, explained that the more he tries to grow, the more he thinks about himself—and it’s exhausting.

“I’m Tired of Thinking About Myself”
Justin said he is worn out from trying to become the person people expect him to be.
He wrote: “The more I try to grow, the more self-focused I become, and it’s exhausting. I’m tired of thinking about myself.”
He shared that being told to heal over and over only makes him feel worse. “Don’t you think if I could have fixed myself, I would have already?” he asked.
Justin also admitted he has anger issues and feels frustrated from trying so hard to change.
“Trying Makes Me More Angry”
Bieber said he spent his life trying to be like the people who told him he needed to be fixed.
But instead of helping, it made him feel more tired and more angry. “It just keeps making me more tired and more angry,” he said.
The singer added that trying to grow only made him focus more on himself, and that focus has become too much to bear.
“Jesus Keeps Me Going”
Even in his pain, Justin said his Christian faith gives him strength.

He shared that Jesus is the only reason he still wants to care about others.
“Jesus is the only person who keeps me wanting to make my life about others,” he wrote.
He ended by asking his fans a deep question: “I’m exhausted with thinking about myself lately. Aren’t you?”
