Fancy Acholonu, the estranged lover of the Nollywood actor, Alex Ekubo has pleaded he accepts her back as his fiancée.
Fancy, who took to her Instagram page on Thursday, December 29, wrote that she’s truly sorry for all the hurt and pain he and his family went through as a result of their break up.
She owns up to the fact that her actions in the way she handled things prior to the break up was out of her character, as she would have controlled her emotions and not be overreactive.
Fancy asks Alex in her statement to forgive her, as she has learnt her lesson on how to handle situations better.
Fancy also expresses that her ex-lover Alex and his family means the world to her, and she’s not afraid to be vulnerable while pouring her hearts out.
Fancy’s statement reads “Like our shirt says, Nothing makes sense when we’re apart @alexxekubo you still have my heart. I miss you, I love you, and I’m truly sorry for all the hurt & pain you and your family went through with our break up.
“My actions in how I handled things was out of my character. I should have controlled my emotions and not been so overreactive. I said too much, I did too much. Please forgive me, I’ve learned my lesson on how to handle situations better.
“I haven’t expressed myself properly. I’m not afraid to be vulnerable and say you, your family, & friends still mean the world to me. Losing you has felt like grief. Love heals ❤️ #FalexxForever.”
Recall that Alex Ekubo and her ex lover Fancy Acholonu broke up in August 2021, three months after their engagement.
Fancy took to her Instagram page on August 26, announcing that she has decided to call off the wedding between her and Alex, which was supposed to take place in November of that year.
Fancy had stated, “Hey guys, I am writing to inform you all officially that I have ended my relationship, engagement, and I have called off the wedding with Alexx Ekubo.
“l am aware that this may be a shock to many people. I made the best decision for myself, because it is important that everyone finds their happiness and live in their truth.
“At this time my family and I ask for you all to
please respect our privacy. Thank you so much!”
However, since after the break up, Alex hasn’t said a word relating to the break-up or reason Fancy decided to call of the wedding.
