Reactions have trailed the social media platforms, following a video of Nollywood actress, Laide Bakare showing off the mini Benz her 13-year-old daughter bought for the actress’ 9-year-old son.
The actress made this public through a post on her verified Instagram page, Wednesday, June 1, 2022.
According to the actress, the car is from her 13-year-old daughter, Simi to her 9-year-old brother, Tamy. She added that she’s blessed as a mother to have birthed such a magnanimous daughter.

She shared another post, hinting on her forthcoming book launch, as she highlights on what people should expect, and how the book will impact positively on people’s lives.
Laide, equally added that her son’s 9th birthday was blessed with a gift of a brand new Benz, from her lovely daughter, who spoke over the phone with her to buy the car with her own money, for her brother.
She wrote, “Money Truly stops Nonsense. my forthcoming Book launch is gonna surely impact your life positively (how to make billions in 6 months) want to share with u simi is just 13, she just gifted her brother A Benz.”
If you listen well in the video, you’ll hear the moment Laide’s daughter, Simi was speaking on the phone with the actress, who instructed her, (the mom) to use her allowance to buy her brother a car for his 9th birthday.

Then, in an appreciation post, Mrs Bakare shared photos of her beautiful daughter, Simi as she expressed her gratefulness to her for the gift she sent, for her brother.
She also thanked her daughter, for being the kind and gentle daughter any parent could wish for.
