• Late Dim Odumegwu Ojukwu’s wife, Bianca Ojukwu delivered a dirty slap on the face of ex-Governor Willie Obiano’s wife, Ebelechukwu Obiano during the inauguration of the incoming Anambra State governor, Charles Chukwuma Soludo, as a result of their past feud with each other.
The video of the incident showed clearly that reason Mrs Bianca slapped Mrs Obiano was because the latter, who came late for the event, walked up to Bianca, confronted her and asked her why she decided to come for the inauguration after vowing never to attend any All Progressive Grand Alliance, APGA gathering again.
Mrs Obiano, as was heard in the video, while confronting Bianca called her a prostitute, as Bianca responded calling Mrs Obiano a bitch, before she slapped her.
This mild drama happened on Thursday, March 17, 2022 during the inauguration of Prof Charles Chukwuma Soludo as the succeeding Governor of Anambra State.
Vanguard reported that the incident occurred immediately after Soludo took his oath of office. And while it was happening, dignitaries including Ex-Gov Obiano were already seated when Mrs Obiano stood up and moved to the front row where the widow of Dim Odumegwu Ojukwu, Bianca was seated and slapped her.
The slap incident drew the attention of security agents and some personalities present, who pulled Mrs Obiano away from the spot Bianca was standing.
Mrs Obiano was later taken away, and her husband, Willie leaving the venue shortly afterwards, since the incident happened after the new governor had been sworn in.
The new governor, Professor Soludo later expressed worry over the incident, even though he concentrated on his signing of the documents before the state Chief Judge of the state, Justice Onochie Anyachebelu, while the fight was ongoing.
And while beginning his speech after signing the documents, he said: “Those who also want to leave can as well do so. The Anambra we are talking about is a place of law and order.”
