• Maria said she changed her attitude towards Whitemoney when she sensed that he (Whitemoney) is beginning to act unreal, and doing too much, to impress people.
Former Big Brother Naija season 6 Shine Ya Eye contestant and reality television star Maria Nkechinyere Chike, has revealed the actual reason she seemed to hate Whitemoney after first week they vibed together in the Shine Ya Eye House.
Recall that Maria and Whitemoney were close and cool with each other during their first week in the House, but at some point, Maria’s attitude towards Whitemoney noticeably changed.
And it began circulating that Pere, one of Whitemoney’s foes in the House as at then, made bad presentation of him to Maria, leading to her change of attitude towards Whitemoney.
So, Maria, during her media rounds with Beat FM Lagos, stated that Pere didn’t ever lure her into hating Whitemoney.

According to her, the whole thought process she had in her mind about Whitemoney changed as soon as she started seeing signs that Whitemoney would do things that are unreal, which was noticeably seen as he (Whitemoney) volunteered to cook morning, afternoon and night, for the Housemates.
Maria said: “Pere wasn’t the thing behind my whole thought process of why I thought Whitemoney was how I felt he was.
“Obviously, coming out of the House, I’ve seen what I’ve seen for myself. He never nominated me blah blah blah, that’s bad judgement on my end.
“But, Pere has nothing to do with my thoughts about Whitemoney. Pere did say certain things to me, but I was only thinking along those lines prior to that, in my head, I was just like, as of then, I vibed with Whitemoney, and it was very natural in the beginning, supernatural.
“And I started seeing signs that he would do so many things that was so unreal, like too much, like, too good to be true. You know, he’d cook morning, afternoon and night.
“We had a conversation, why he always be in the kitchen, and he said, ‘all these things I do for you guys, I don’t even like doing it. You see this cooking, you’d never catch me cooking down there’.
“So, it was just my unfortunate observation that went into my head as being paranoid which obviously I’ve learnt my lessons.
“But we’re all humans at the end of the day and we’re bunch of people that were living in the house. And this is what you have to do, you know, scrutinize people and think worse of them because we’re all aiming for a goal but that was just bad judgement on my end, but it was nothing personal.”
