Media critic and Nollywood actor Uche Maduagwu has blasted Nigerian music maker and blogger Samklef for blaming billionaire businessman, Terry Waya for his son Kiddwaya‘s eviction from BBNaija season 5 show.
Recall an earlier report that Kiddwaya and his co-housemate Prince were evicted from the Lockdown reality TV show last Sunday, September 13 as a result of poor votes received from viewers.
After their exit, Samklef took to his Instagram page to allege that Mr Waya caused his son’s eviction.
He accused him of boasting about his wealth and showing himself online when his son was in the House.
And Samklef suggested that Nigerian viewers do not like seeing a rich man’s child in such a place like BBNaija to compete with less privileged members.
Samklef had this to say: “Kiddwaya’s fathers spoilt his game because he was not supposed to show himself that he’s a billionaire.
“Nigerians do not like to see a rich man’s child competing for something where poor people are.
“Kiddwaya did well, but Nigerians don’t want to hear that your father is a billionaire.”
In his reaction, Uche Maduagwu advised Samklef to desist from speaking like a baby, adding that he should grow up.
Uche said: “Dear Samklef, grow up and stop talking like a baby and upcoming singer or producer, no real father will have a son in bbnaija2020 and will not do everything to support him win irrespective of whether he is a billionaire or not @terrywaya’s relentless support for Kiddwaya on Instagram and twitter is what kept him this far in bbnaija5.”
