After the video of religious critic, Daddy Freeze supporting the prosecuted fraudster, Hushpuppi made rounds the internet, Uche Maduagwu, a social media critic has blasted him.
Uche wrote Daddy Freeze to stop twisting scriptures to justify supporting Hushpuppi; he went further to advise him to borrow knowledge from BBNaija star, Mercy.
He wrote;
“@daddyfreeze Stop twisting scriptures to justify supporting #Hushpuppi, borrow knowledge from #Mercy.
“#Daddyfreeze, your spiritual shame has a medal of #bbnaija minimum wage #TITANS. Even an uneducated person will never mistake hushpuppi for a social media influencer, stop disgracing #christianity.

“@opetodolapo Can you imagine the nonsense coming out of this old man? You dont know the exact job hushpuppi does for a living, you call yourself a media person, yet your instinct or medulla Oblongata did not push you to ask him before supporting him with the whole of your bushy armpit hair.
“Jesus ate with sinners, but not to celebrate them but to save their soul, when exactly are elders going to start asking for the sources of overnight millionaires in #Naija? Shame on you Freeze”
It could be recalled that Dubai Police arrested Hushpuppi, well-known for his extravagant lifestyle and fraudulent activities in Dubai, June, 2020. He was captured alongside his close friend, Woodberry and few other accomplices.
Dubai Police wrote on Instagram page @dubaipolicehq, “In an Operation dubbed “Fox Hunt 2”, Dubai Police have arrested Hushpuppi, Olalekan Jacob Ponle aka “Woodberry”, along with ten members of an African gang, specialised in money laundry, and online fraud.
“HE Lieutenant General Abdullah Khalifa Al Marri, Commander-in-Chief of Dubai Police, said the operation is another achievement added to the proud record of Dubai police in ensuring the emirate’s security, safety, as well as preserving people’s money and property.
“Similar to operation ‘Fox Hunt 1’ that took down an African gang of nine online scammers last February, ‘Fox Hunt 2’ is another painful hit to cybercriminals who try to mess with the world’s security and safety,” he said.”
