Forbes Africa recently announced it’s annual “30 Under 30” list, which features 30 young entrepreneurs, leaders and game changers from Africa.

Amidst global pandemic, Forbes has gone on to unleash names that made it to their 30 Under 30 Africa, class of 2020 which seeks to acknowledge and appreciate creativity and innovation.
Swanky Jerry, who is Mercy Eke‘s fashion designer and stylist, was among the 30 honorees who were carefully selected from the fashion, entertainment, sports, finance, media, advert and marketing, healthcare, and science industries.
Aside Swanky, eight (8) of our very own Nigerian trailblazers made it to the list, and they include; DJ Cuppy, Patoranking, Mr. Eazi, Tracy Batta, Olajumoke Oduwole, Davies Okeowo, Maryam Gwadabe and Asisat Oshoala.
Sequel to this great feat achieved by the famous Nigerian celebrity stylist, Big Brother Naija season 4 winner, Mercy Eke has taken to her Instagram page to congratulate him.
She wrote: “proud of you bro @swankyjerry, congratulations”.


Jeremiah Ogbodo Ike, known as Swanky Jerry, is a Nigerian celebrity fashion stylist who has dressed the likes of Banky W, D’banj, Tiwa Savage, Davido, Yemi Alade, AKA, Sarkodie, Mofe Damijo and others. Prominent among them are clothing worn by Mercy Eke and Mike Edward which earned them the Best Dressed Male and Female awards at the recently held Africa Magic Viewers Choice Awards 2020.
