Famous Nigerian social media critic and Nollywood actor, Uche Maduagwu has advised the Lagos State governor Babajide Sanwoolu to apply the speed he used to arrest actress, Funke Akindele who was charged to court and sentenced to 14-day community service on April 6 after being found guilty of defying lockdown and social distancing order following the birthday party she hosted in her Lagos apartment on Saturday April 4, into providing foods and stipends to Lagosians currently on lockdown.

Uche stated this on his verified Instagram page where he also noted that so many Lagosians who were ordered to stay home in order to allow the government through its Ministry of Health contain the spread of Covid-19 are hungry and looking for daily bread.
He continues that the inhabitants of Lagos will be forever grateful if that same speed Nigeria Police and Lagos State government used to arrest, arraign and sentence Funke within 24 hours is applied into distributing food materials and stipends to them.
