Popular Dubai-based socialite and ‘money man’ Ray Hushpuppi took to his social media page, Instagram to share a post assumed to be a response to Nigerians who has been lashing out on him after the news of Mompha’s arrest broke out on Monday, 21 October.
He shared a photo of his expensive cars with a caption many assumed to be response.
He wrote:
“I Never Fold… Never! #Ijaya1 (This morning I wish u all what u wish me) say amen to your wish 🙏”
Ismaila Mustapha a Dubai-based who is popularly called Mompha was arrested in Abuja by International Police shortly after arrival from Dubai.
Nigerians and social media users immediately took to their social media to comment on his arrest while talking about other similar individuals like Hushpuppi and Woodberry whose source of wealth aren’t traceable.
Many assumed these individuals involve themselves in fraudulent activities to make money. And according to multiple sources, Mompha’s arrest was linked to fraud.
