Nigerian social media commentator and critic, Uche Mmaduagwu has called out Davido for his alleged arrogance which has led to his not being selected for the music project The Gift by Beyoncé.

He started by congratulating Wizkid for his efforts of bringing Nigerian music to the world and also making it to the featured acts in the album.

Mmaduagwu then took a major swipe at Davido for not making it to the A-listers that took part in the album blaming it on his arrogance.

Even though Mmaduagwu didn’t name anyone in his remark it was quite obvious that he was referring to the DMW boss.

The social media critic said:

“@wizkidayo Did not mention your name to Beyonce because you are not humble, keep your congratulation… Oga, see what your arrogance has done to you? ‍♂️If you had accepted #Wizkid as the King of #Naija music, will he not have also begged @beyonce to include you in the #LionKing album? ‍♀  “Even Dangote that is the richest man in #Africa, he is still humble, he does not carry shoulder like he is the one that brought everyone to #Lagos. Honestly, the Fake #LOVE in this entertainment industry is too much, just because others were not born with a silver spoon does not make them inferior. “Right now, as far as #America and the #world is concerned, only those who featured on #Beyonce album are regarded as A-List singers in #Nigeria, the #entertainment game has changed, I have gotten @chrissyteigen attention in #Hollywood, ✈️so, i can tell you that it does not matter the next #American singer you feature, the question remain, is that American singer as big as Beyonce?‍♂️ ”

This is coming after Davido has congratulated his colleagues on social media referring to them as ‘brothers and sisters’ who has made it to the legendary music project.

Recall that we previously reported that the top songstress featured African singers Wizkid, Burna Boy, Mr Eazi, Yemi Alade, Tiwa Savage, Shatta Wale amongst others on the music project titled The Gift.

After the release in 19th July, social media enthusiasts have started who-is-better game between Davido and Wizkid, as Davido was left out in the project.
