• Angel said she liked Sammie because of his funny nature, but their relationship didn’t go well with them because there were lots of pressure.
Angel Agnes Smith, the former Shine Ya Eye contestant and Big Brother Naija season 6 star, in her one-on-one chat with BBNaija host, Ebuka Obi-Uchendu, shared some information about her love interest, Sammie, back in the House.
It would be recalled that Angel and Sammie were one of the first sets of Housemates who connected most with each other, during the beginning of the show.
Although, it became unbearable for them at a time when it seemed they haven’t really understood each other.
So, Ebuka asked Angel to mention how everything happened with Sammie, as many, especially the viewers, had thought during the show that their closeness, and relationship with each other, appeared very unmatched.
She said, “It wasn’t a game, like, I think he was the first guy I connected with in the House and I like funny guys and he’s funny. So, I liked him, and he was going to progress further.
“But I hate when people push stuff. And in the pushing, there were now a lot of tensions from both sides, and I don’t blame him for the tensions and I don’t blame myself either, because there was a lot of pressure to keep up with the relationship dynamics.”
When asked her stand with Sammie at the moment, Angel added, “We’re cool. Funny enough, on Saturday (during night party), I was so excited to see him. And he danced.”
