Australia Blocks Kanye After Nazi Song Drops

American rapper Kanye West, also known as Ye, can no longer enter Australia.

The Australian government cancelled his visa. This came after he dropped a song called Heil Hitler in May. The song pushes Nazi ideas, which shocked many people.

Earlier, Kanye had already made bad comments online. He posted things like “I love Hitler” and “I’m a Nazi” on the app X.

At first, Australia didn’t ban him. But this new song made the government take another look.

Minister Says “No Hate Needed Here”

Australia’s Home Affairs Minister Tony Burke gave a strong reason.

“It was a lower visa,” he said. “But if someone sings about Nazism, we don’t need that in Australia.”

He added, “We already have problems here. We don’t need to bring in hate from outside.”

Kanye’s Ties to Australia Cut

Kanye is married to an Aussie. His wife is architect Bianca Censori. He used to visit the country often.

Now, that won’t be happening anymore. Burke’s office didn’t say when the visa was cancelled. But it’s confirmed he’s not welcome.

Others Also Banned

Australia has blocked more people lately. Last month, they stopped pro-Israel voice Hillel Fuld. In October, they banned U.S. speaker Candace Owens too.

The country is clear: hate speech won’t get past the border.
