Kellyrae Sule, the winner of Big Brother Naija Season 9 reality television show, has opened up about the overwhelming number of financial requests he has received from friends and family since revealing that he gifted his wife, Kassia, N55 million from his prize earnings.

In a recent interview with media personality Hero Daniels, Kellyrae expressed his frustration with what he describes as a relentless stream of requests for financial assistance.

He stated that following his announcement, he has been inundated with calls from those close to him, all hoping to get a slice of his prize money.

“I was receiving calls from people close to us after I said I gave Kassia N55 million, and they were asking for their own share of my prize money,” Kellyrae revealed.

Kellyrae urged those reaching out to him for financial support to be more considerate of his situation. “I would like to say to everyone, I’m not a rich man yet, please. The money is substantial, but things are expensive,” he explained.

“The reality is, even the simple things, like buying eggs, have become a struggle when you begin to think about all your expenses,” he added. “Please allow a brother to settle.”
