Former Big Brother Naija Housemate and reality television star Anita Natacha Akide, better known as Tacha has responded to those asking why she’s not among BBNaija season 8 All Stars contestants.
Tacha made herself clear during her radio show The Big Friday Show with Tacha at Cool FM Lagos, where she reiterated that there is no way she can go to a reality TV show at this stage in her life for free.
Tacha began, “What’s airtime without entertainment? Just imagine the first two people that will be evicted from the show.
“And people are saying things about a Housemate going back and I say for me, it’s all about business, if you’re going to pay me, then, we will do it, but if you’re not going to pay me, I’m not going to water down my brand to give Nigerians a show.
She also recounted how she was very confident during her time in the show in 2019 when she would comfortably be washing her clothes on eviction night because she was very optimistic she was not going to be evicted.
“We know nobody will do it like me. Let me tell you, I was washing cloth on eviction night, the cloth I was going to wear to the diary room the next day because I know I was not going anywhere,” she bragged.
Tacha further floated about giving the Biggie’s hairstylist her hair telling them to bring it the next Sunday.
“Like I’ll literally give the hairstylist my hair and say ‘bring it back next week Sunday’. No joke. And I know how entertaining how all that kind of stuff can be. I mean personalities like this, you don’t really meet them on an every day,” she said.
The reality TV star teased that there is the possibility of her getting evicted again if she accepts Biggie’s invite because she’s going still play the same game.
“So, there is even no question about if I’m going to win this time because I may enter there and get disqualified, they won’t be surprised, and that will be the end of the show.”
The Pepper Dem ex-contestant noted that whichever way it’s going to be achieved, let it be that if she’s getting evicted, she is going home with money in her pocket, not empty-handed.
Tacha disclosed that she had been involved in another reality TV show since 2019, and this time, she was paid weekly in dollars to be in that show.
“Let it be that if you’re getting evicted, you’re getting evicted with money in your pocket. It’s not like there is never going to be a Tacha on a reality TV show. I have done a reality TV show since 2019, and I got paid weekly in dollars to be on that show,” she puffed.
The reality TV show Tacha talked about was a UK-based show she was involved in sometime in 2021/2022.
