“At the time, I posted a light IG story,” she said. “Our kids have been friends since age one,” she added. “They are ten now, and we all still speak.” She said she did not know of any fresh fight then.
Later on, they met at a social hangout in Lagos. She greeted Momodu with an easy smile and hug. However, Davido thought she took sides that night. “He felt I chose a camp, but I did not,” she said.
Savage said stern texts came in after that meeting. One line told her to “be careful in Lagos.” She reached out to his kin first to cool things. “I wanted a calm fix in private,” she said.
When no reply came, she filed a police note. She called it a safe move, not a harsh one. “It was not payback,” she told the hosts. “It was a step to keep things safe.”
