“This Year had more viral runs than some ranked songs. It trends since 2012 and still stays hot today. Who else pulls that off?” he asks his fans.
“Hate will come, he adds in a calm tone. Each year both gospel and Afrobeats copy this same feel. We still stand strong, he tells them once more. No song there beats the wide reach of This Year.”
