Escort Sues Diddy and Cassie, Claims STD and Abuse
Clayton Howard, a male escort prosecutors linked to Diddy’s sex crimes, has filed a lawsuit against the music mogul and his ex, Cassie.
Howard says he was one of several escorts Diddy flew across the country for wild sex parties, starting in 2009. He now accuses the pair of drugging, abusing, and traumatising him for years.

In shocking claims, Howard says Cassie gave him a sexually transmitted disease. He adds that she got pregnant by him, had an abortion without his knowledge, and still continued having unprotected sex with him afterward.
‘They Used Me for Their Kinky Games’ — Escort Opens Up
Howard says he used the name “Dave” while being hired to join what he called “freak-offs” involving Diddy and Cassie.
“They used me like a toy to satisfy their sexual urges,” he says in the lawsuit obtained by TMZ.
He claims the abuse lasted for over five years, during which he was trafficked for sex, manipulated into taking drugs, and pressured into extreme sexual acts.
Howard also says Cassie once forced him to masturbate for hours until his skin peeled, leaving him in pain and covered in scabs.
‘I Suffered Deeply’ — Claims of Trauma and Loss
The escort says his encounters with Diddy and Cassie left him broken — physically and mentally.
He’s demanding damages for emotional distress, medical bills, lost income, and pain. “I lost my happiness and suffered deep mental anguish,” he adds.
Although he wasn’t a witness in Diddy’s trial, federal agents testified about his involvement. One officer revealed that Diddy paid for his flight from New York to Los Angeles and also booked him a stay at the Four Seasons.
Diddy Still Behind Bars After Guilty Verdict
Earlier, Diddy was acquitted of racketeering and sex trafficking but found guilty of moving escorts across state lines for prostitution.
He was denied bail and is now behind bars, awaiting sentencing. He could spend up to 20 years in prison.
