In the alleged messages, the accuser claimed Jessie demanded 25 million naira from Davido. The claim further stated that she threatened to expose intimate details of their relationship if he refused.
Claims of hush money and expensive gifts
The leaked texts also accused Davido of buying Jessie a Birkin bag. Another shocking claim alleged that Chioma Avril Rowland, Davido’s wife, was dragged into the scandal through threats and blackmail.
In one part of the chat, a message read: “Chioma, your man is f***ing Jessie. Bought Jessie a Birkin. A second-hand one.” The texts also alleged a payment of $20,000 to cover up the situation.

The controversy deepened when another screenshot surfaced, showing someone demanding 2 million naira and $500. The sender threatened to release more damaging information if the money was not paid before a deadline.
“Jessie Awazie don’t dare me. Send my 2m and $500 with you!! Before 8 pm or I’ll start part 2,” the message read. “And it will get messier. Don’t dare me!!!”
