Kesha Shows Love to Cassie After Court Verdict
American singer Kesha has openly shown her love and support for Cassie Ventura after Sean “Diddy” Combs was cleared of some serious charges.
Diddy was found not guilty of sex trafficking Cassie, but her supporters, including Kesha, say her voice still matters a lot.

Shortly after the verdict came out, Kesha wrote on social media, “Cassie, I believe you. I love you. Your strength is a beacon for every survivor.”
Cassie Praised for Leading the Charge
Cassie’s lawyer, Doug Wigdor, also spoke after the verdict. He said Cassie helped “pave the way” for Diddy to be found guilty on two counts under the Mann Act — a law that punishes anyone who moves people across state lines for prostitution.
These two counts could get Diddy up to 10 years in prison each.
Wigdor added that Cassie’s bold step to file a civil complaint in November 2023 opened the door for the federal case that followed.
“Cassie will continue to fight on behalf of survivors,” he said. “This case proved that change is long overdue.”
Kesha Relates to Cassie’s Pain
Kesha’s message of support didn’t come from nowhere. Back in 2014, she filed a lawsuit against her music producer, Dr. Luke. She said he drugged and raped her at a party in 2005.
Dr. Luke strongly denied those claims and sued her for defamation. That case dragged on for years and finally ended in 2023 with a private settlement.

Because of her own past, Kesha understands what it feels like to speak up and face backlash. That’s why her words to Cassie hit deeply.
Cassie Won’t Back Down
While Diddy was cleared of sex trafficking Cassie and another woman called “Jane,” many still see Cassie as a fighter.
Her civil case helped push the legal system to act. It also gave other alleged victims the courage to come forward.
Cassie’s team says she won’t stop now. Her goal is to stand strong and help others who have gone through the same pain.
