Man Accuses Diddy of Sexual Assault in 2021
Sean “Diddy” Combs is facing a fresh lawsuit from a man named Brandon Adams, who claims the rapper sexually assaulted him at a Los Angeles party in 2021.
According to the lawsuit, Adams said the incident occurred after he was unknowingly drugged and left vulnerable at the star-studded gathering.
Adams explained that he met a chauffeur at a gas station, who later invited him to the party. Upon arrival, he was reportedly told to leave his phone in the car before entering the home.

Once inside, he said he spotted several celebrities, though he did not speak to any of them.
“You’re About to Get That Diddy Love” — Alleged Assault Described
In his account, Adams claimed he had a few drinks and soon began to feel dizzy. Looking for a place to rest, he found an empty bedroom, lay down on the bed and lost consciousness.
He said he was later awoken by someone unbuckling his belt. When he asked what was happening, he claims a voice he recognised as Diddy responded, “You’re about to get that Diddy love.”
Adams then alleged he was rolled over and told, “Don’t worry, you’re about to get a great massage.” He said he turned his head and saw Diddy sodomising him.
Threats, NDA and DUI Aftermath
Adams claimed he tried to protest but was overpowered. He said Diddy grabbed him by the neck and quoted his driver’s licence details — which security had scanned when he entered.
After the act, Adams said security stopped him from confronting Diddy, then gave him two choices: act like nothing happened or leave “the hard way.”
He said he chose to play along and was made to sign a non-disclosure agreement before being escorted out. On his way home, Adams was pulled over and arrested for DUI. He believes the drugs in his system — taken unknowingly — caused his impaired state.
Diddy Denies All Allegations
Adams, represented by Tony Buzbee — a lawyer handling several other Diddy-related cases — is suing for sexual assault, battery, gender violence and more.
Diddy’s legal team responded to TMZ, saying,
“No matter how many lawsuits are filed, it won’t change the fact that Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted or sex trafficked anyone—man or woman, adult or minor.
“We live in a world where anyone can file a lawsuit for any reason. Fortunately, a fair and impartial judicial process exists to find the truth, and Mr. Combs is confident he will prevail in court.”
The lawsuit was filed while Diddy faces a separate ongoing criminal investigation, although none of Buzbee’s clients have testified in that case so far.
