Nollywood actor Femi Branch was caught in a serious drama at a film location. A trending video showed the moment he tried to leave the set after slapping an assistant director.
The actor was blocked at the gate by security officers and other crew members. They insisted that he could not leave until he completed the film shoot.
“You can’t leave here until you go back to finish the remaining shooting,” one crew member was heard saying.
Heated Exchange with the Director
During the incident, Femi Branch argued with the director of the movie. The actor shouted, “Did I have business with you? Are you the one that called me on this set?”
The director tried to calm the situation. He said, “Hello sir, can we just start the filming?”
But Femi refused. “Please don’t talk to me, you don’t have control of your set,” he replied.
The director then said, “You are insulting someone on my set. You slapped somebody on my set. Was I not the one you slapped? You have done your own.”
Actor Threatens to Report Security
Femi Branch was still angry and directed his anger at the security officers. He warned them for blocking his car.
“You people are blocking me from driving out right? I swear to God, I will report you to the management. You must explain your business with our location,” he shouted.
