But now, Queen has spoken out in a recent interview to set the record straight.

Queen Mercy Atang said she unfollowed her husband and deleted their wedding photos to protect their love life from social media drama.
“I was just trying to take my relationship off social media,” she explained.
She said that many girls were sending messages—both good and bad—to her husband through Instagram. This made her uncomfortable.
“I noticed that because my husband’s page is public, a lot of ladies feel the need to slide into his DMs,” Queen said. “Some of them just wanted to cause problems.”
She Got the Idea From Other Celebrities
Queen shared that she was inspired by other popular celebrities who don’t share much about their partners online.
She said many famous couples are happy because they keep their personal lives private. Queen felt this was the best step for her too.
“I’ve seen celebrities hide their marriages from the internet, and it works for them. So, I decided to try it,” she added.

After she removed the pictures and unfollowed her husband, many people online started asking questions.
