Former Big Brother Naija season 8 Housemate and reality television star Uriel Ngozi Oputa says she regrets campaigning for the winner of Big Brother Naija season 5 Lockdown show, Laycon.
Uriel made this statement during her post-eviction media rounds on Tuesday, following the outcome of her eviction from the BBNaija All Stars show on Sunday.
Recall that three ex-housemates Teddy A, Diana, and Laycon were invited by Big Brother to serve on the Eviction Jury for last week.
Eviction Jury makes the unanimous decision on who should leave the Big Brother House among the Housemates at the bottom of the voting chart.
Last Sunday, Seyi and Uriel were the two bottom Housemates on the voting chart. On making their nomination, one of the Eviction Jury nominated Seyi, while the remaining two picked Uriel for the eviction. The Housemate with the highest mention leaves.
Suspiciously, netizens believe it was Teddy A who voted for Seyi to leave the show, while Uriel was voted out by Diana and Laycon.
Knowing full well that Laycon was among the two persons who nominated her for eviction, Uriel say,
“I will say this, I don’t know who voted for me to leave [Biggie’s House] but I do actually regret campaigning for the person to win. I don’t know who the person is, but if you want, you know your name”.
