Nigerian singer, and award-winning musical artiste Yemi Alade opens up on why her backside is so much endowed and glowing.
According to the Afro-pop star, 50 squats a day gives her bum the shape she needs. Yemi simply means that she didn’t go for surgery to have the shape she has at the moment.
The singer stated this on her Instagram page where she posted some photos, showing her buttocks on the first slide of the photos.
Yemi shared her post while announcing her London tour. She’s currently getting set to thrill her audience with some of her hit songs this weekend.
Meanwhile, for the benefit of the doubt, A squat or squatting according to Merriam-Webster dictionary is an exercise in which a standing person lowers to a position in which the torso is erect and the knees are deeply bent and then rises to an upright position.
Note that a squat can be done while holding weights, with a barbell on the upper back, or without weights.
