Former Big Brother Naija season 7 Level Up Housemate and reality television star Eloswag addresses the general public about his fame before the Level Up show.
Eloswag, while on vacation in Cape Town, SA with his Level Up colleagues and co-reality stars took to his Instagram live to talk about his popularity before taking part in the Big Brother Naija Level Up show.
The reality television star bragged that he doesn’t need a hashtag to trend, because he has been trending since the Level Up show.
Eloswag mentioned that he trended for one week after he was introduced into the Level Up show and that for him, is a bragging right.
He also disclosed the fact that he was one of the first originators of the popular dance, Gwara Gwara and he got over 2 million views on YouTube, after sharing the dance video.
Eloswag added that he had fanbase and still has lots of supporters who cherish his craft, regardless of the fact that his fans are allegedly 2 percent, he still loves them.
Eloswag’s statement reads below.
“I don’t need a hashtag to trend. I don’t talk and I’m trending. I entered the House I didn’t need a hashtag, I trended for a week, internationally. What are you saying?
“Fvck all that bullsh!t, fvck all the competition, fvck everything. I don’t give a fvck. I still be myself. I went into the House for myself not for you.
“Do you know the funny thing? Apart from anybody, that’s, each and everyone of your faves didn’t blow before me, and that’s fact. Go check my YouTube page.
“Even this SA (South Africa) that we’re in, they know me, literally. If they’ve forgotten they’ll have to go to my YouTube page and go watch them.
“The time when Gwara Gwara dance came out, I was the first Nigerian to blow up on YouTube, 2 million views, go check my YouTube, I got 4 million in total.
“I had fanbase, I still have fanbase. It’s not you guys that are shouting left and right. Shoutout to my fans, regardless of the fact that we are 2 percent, I still love you all. And you guys are still on my live. All these other fans are on my live getting content, bloggers are on my live getting content and not showing my face and I’m showing your faves.”

Eloswag made this video hours after being indirectly called out by his colleague Bryann who advised him and Level Up star Chomzy to stop capturing him on live video without his consent.
