• Adekunle leaves some wise words about authenticity and originality, as against the way of life many of his colleagues have chosen to live.
Former Big Brother Naija season 7 Level Up Housemate and reality television star Adekunle Tobilola Olopade has shared some notes, indirectly addressing his colleagues who live fake life.
Adekunle, who’s currently in Cape Town, South Africa alongside his Level Up co-reality stars took to his Twitter page on Sunday, November 27, and wrote that authenticity and originality aren’t popular, but they’re definitely rewarding.
He continues that there are too many replicas out there, adding that people should find themselves, do you, and be authentic, because there’s only one you.
Adekunle also stressed that when everything is done, and the storm has been weathered down, he hopes people ask themselves if they’ve actually won in life.
If the answer to the above question is yes, the reality television star added that more questions should be asked, which are; At what cost did you win? And was it really worth it?
“Authenticity and originality aren’t popular, but they’re definitely rewarding. Choose wisely.
“There are too many replicas out there to just be another knock off. Find yourself, do you, and be authentic. There’s only one you.
“When all is said and done and the noise quiets down, when you’re by yourself in your true element and alone with your thoughts, I hope you ask yourself this, have I won? If yes, at what cost? Was it really worth it? Remember, there will always be yesterday, today and forever,” Adekunle writes.
This assertion from the Level Up finalist seems to be indirectly for his colleagues who have chosen fake lifestyle over originality. Adekunle, however didn’t mention anyone’s name as person the post is directed at.
