Big Brother Naija show host, Ebuka Obi-Uchendu has clearly explains the functions of the two new Housemates in the Big Brother’s House.
Recall that during the Sunday live eviction show, on August 7, literally the third week into the show, Big Brother introduced two new Housemates, Rachel and Chizzy, and called them Riders in the House.
Then, after they walked into the Biggie’s House, Ebuka explained to the viewers what the Rider means.
And according to him, they’re basically Big Brother’s agents, who will stay in the House till the final day of the show, but cannot win the prize.
Ebuka added that the Riders are eligible to partake in all activities in the House, and can be nominated for eviction by the Housemates, but can never be evicted.
This similarly means that they’re in the Biggie’s House as fake Housemates, just as Deji and Modella are currently in the Level Up show as fake Housemates.
Ebuka said, “Now listen up. Earlier, I spoke about the word, Rider. So, Big Brother has a two new Housemates who are going to go into the House, as Riders for the season.
“So, what does that mean? Rider is basically someone who’s Big Brother’s agent in the House.
“They cannot win the prize. However, they’re eligible to partake in all activities in the House. They may even be nominated, but they cannot be evicted.
“And the Riders will be playing until the end of the show. Keep that in mind”.
