MultiChoice Nigeria, the organisers of Big Brother Naija show has announced the kick off date for the season 7 edition of the Africa’s most watched reality television show.
And according to Busola Tejumola, the Executive Head of Content and West African Channels, MultiChoice Nigeria, in an official statement on Tuesday disclosed that the Big Brother Naija season 7 reality television show starts with a double lauch on Saturday, 23rd and Sunday 24th July, 2022.
The premiere time, according to Tejumola will be at 7pm West African time. And the official channels to broadcast the show premiere remains DStv Channel 198 and GOtv Channel 29, as well as the Africa Magic Showcase, Urban and Family.
Also, the show, according to MultiChoice will last for 72 days, which implies that the finale of the show will come in early October.
Tejumola said, “The 7th edition would be difference. I’ve seen a lot of tweets, I’ve seen a lot of speculations about what the season would be, what the season would look like. I can confidently tell you that you’re all wrong.
“Big Brother Naija season 7 will premiere with a double lauch on Saturday, the 23rd of July and Sunday the 24th of July, at 7pm West African time, on Africa Magic Channels, Africa Magic Showcase, Africa Magic Urban, and Africa Magic Family”.

Also, the show host, and former season 1 star, Ebuka Obi-Uchendu made some statement concerning the show and what’s to come.
He said, “What’s up. We’re back, season 7. We can’t wait for you guys to see all the amazing stuffs that’s coming. Trust me. If you think you know Big Brother, this season is about to take things up. Another notch. Keep watching”.
