• Peace believes that talking to a friend about a real thing, happening around you, in a place like Biggie’s House is never a gossip.
• Besides, she also thinks the situation that led to her and Arin, as well as Nini being projected as gossips was because of the wildcards confusion. When everyone thought it was Liquorose and Jaypaul that were wildcards.
The Day 4, (Episode 4) of the Big Brother Naija Shine Ya Eye Reunion show continued with another set of amebo moments like Ebuka earlier introduced on the Day 2.
In 4th episode, Ebuka had to play a clip which had Peace allegedly gossiping with Arin about some of the male Housemates trying to come to them for relationship.
So, Ebuka tried to ask Peace to explain why it looked like she was the gossip of the House, as was widely alleged by the viewers and of course some of her co-housemates after she got evicted from the show.
Ebuka asked, “Peace, you’re the central figure in those clips, and even up until your eviction there were sort of narrative about you being the gossip of the House. Do you own that with your full chest or you think it’s something inevitable?
Peace replied, “Very simple. If talking to your friend is being a gossip, I guess I’m a gossip”. Ebuka cut her short and asked, “You think everybody did that?” and Peace replied, “Absolutely! That was the funny thing. I think that narrative started from the wildcards thing. And it’s crazy to me because some of these videos are really crazy.
“You know that was a task, I was the Head of House and that was a task. It was my problem, and I was literally trying to solve it. I saw connecting dots I thought wildcards are Liquorose and Jaypaul. And the next thing, because I was actively trying to carry out a task, I became a gossip.
“So, because I’m talking to my friends, I talk mostly to Nini and Arin, because they were my friends. I was a gossip? So, if that makes me a gossip, I guess I’m a gossip. That’s it.”
